About Me

I am a registered dietitian, national board-certified health and wellness coach, and certified personal trainer with a background in professional gymnast and gymnastics coaching. My experience spans clinical care, athletics, to corporate wellness, allowing me to support individuals through evidence-based nutrition, behavior change, and movement strategies at any stage of life.

 

I specialize in medical weight loss, body composition, and lifestyle change, and is guided by my belief in focusing on what we can control to build self-efficacy, sustainable habits, and long-term health.
